Plaquenil User Reviews for Rheumatoid Arthritis at I started on plaquenil for Psoriatic Arthritis in 2015. 200mg twice daily. I didn’t feel too bad but a huge bout of stress made my symptoms worse. I then started methotrexate in addition to plaquenil. My rheumatologist suggested once daily Plaquenil and that seemed okay. After a while he said I coujd stop it as he was not sure if it was.
